Father Son Relationship

Is there any more interesting relationship than the one between a father and his son? It is both simple and complex. Simple in that a father remembers the things he learned as a boy and passes them on to his sons. Complex in that it is filled with quiet hugs and laughter, the comfort of familiarity and the adventure of discovery, and the creation of a history from which they both may draw strength and wisdom. But not all that passes between them is about art and soul or giving and taking. Sometimes, the real story is about abandonment and bitter recriminations, highly charged subject, inviting an emotional treatment attractive to declaimers.

Even though, the distance between them is just a matter of ski line.
